I uge 27-34 byder Limfjordsmuseet på guidede sejlture på Frederik VII’s Kanal. Gå ombord i museets turbåd GREVINDE DANNER og sejl ud i historien på kanalen.
På sejlturen gør vores guide jer klogere på Frederik VII’s Kanals tilblivelse og historie. Turen tager jer igennem et unikt kultur- og naturlandskab i læ af brinkerne og under broerne. I Lendrup lægger båden til ved Kanalbetjenthusene og på hjemturen runder vi Løgstør havn og oplever det historiske havnemiljø fra søsiden.

- Children under 12 years of age must wear a life jacket on the trip. The Limfjord Museum lends life jackets.
- It is possible to buy beer/water or wine at break in Lendrup/Kanal-service houses
- Remember that it is also possible to book a private guided boat trip. It costs DKK 3,000, - to rent the whole boat for a trip of 2 hours with your own skipper and guide.
- Meet no later than 15 minutes before departure.
- Bring your receipt and get exchanged for ticket in the museum shop.
- The ticket also gives access to the Limfjord Museum's exhibitions.
- The boat is not covered.
- In the event of a storm or thunderstorm, the skipper can cancel the trip and the ticket will be refunded.

The Limfjord Museum is a state-recognized museum specializing in the maritime cultural history of the Limfjord. The museum works with research, collection, registration, conservation and dissemination to ensure and illuminate the Limfjord's maritime heritage — from the oldest times to the present day.
Through exhibitions, activities, cruises and guided experiences, the museum conveys the history of people, nature, life and coastal culture around Limfjord. Limfjordsmuseet is an experience-based museum where guests are invited to get up close to history through sensual and interactive activities where you can see, touch, do and taste.
The museum is continuously working to develop new ways to bring cultural and natural heritage into play for citizens, guests and partners.
